  • Ordering, Shipping, & Returns   

    Pricing of all merchandise listed on does NOT include any applicable shipping or handling charges, or sales tax. All prices are subject to change without notice.  
    All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. COD or billing is not available.

    All orders will be processed within 24 hours and verified orders will ship within 72 hours of operating business days, assuming the item is in stock. In the case of Sundays or statutory holidays, the item will be shipped within the same 72 operating business hour period on the following days. will provide email confirmation of the order status and shipment.  
    For out of stock items, will place a back-order, provide an ETA for delivery, and ship as per’s guidelines. If any additional delays are encountered, the customer will be advised immediately. Cancellations are accepted for back-ordered items, at the request of the customer. 
    Special Orders 
    Special order items may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment in advance. Please contact us for details. Special orders can take weeks or months to arrive and ETAs are provided. At times, and due to circumstances beyond’s control, special order items can take longer than anticipated to arrive. As such, will not be held responsible for delays from manufacturers, transportation/shipping companies, or due to delays involving postal services and processing for Customs requirements.  
 predominantly uses Fed-Ex for domestic and international shipping. Item sizes, weights, dimensions, quantities, and destinations may affect which shipping company and/or freight forwarder can be utilized. As such, reserves the right to change the method of shipping as necessary. Alternate means of shipping and expedited shipping (at an extra cost to the customer) are also available.     Return Policy / Cancellations 
    Exchanges or refunds will be allowed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. All return merchandise must be authorized by in advance and be returned unused and in its original packaging. Items returned or exchanged that show signs of being installed and/or used are not accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer and any original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A photocopy of the original invoice (clearly showing the invoice number) and contact information must accompany your return. It is the responsibility of the customer and/or installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts prior to installation. Approved refunds will be paid by, minus a 25% restocking fee. No refunds are available on deposits received for special order items. No exchanges on special or custom order items.  
    All order cancellations on in-stock and back-ordered products must be approved by in advance and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, in addition to the cost of all administration fees such as credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc. will recoup all fees and administrative monetary losses associated with the transaction from the customer.  
    Refused Shipments 
    If a shipment is to be refused, please contact for authorization. Refused shipments directed back to without prior authorization from do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. All freight charges associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and a 25% restocking fee will apply. 
    Shipping Errors 
    If a customer receives an incorrect item due to our error, will arrange for pick up of the incorrect item and ship the correct item to the customer immediately and at no additional charge. 
    All items are packed carefully and correctly prior to shipping. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damage to, or loss of, your shipment must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials available for carrier inspection. Claims must be made within five working days of receipt.

  • Warranties & Legal   

    Warranty Claims 
    Warranty claims must be authorized in advance. Items sold by are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for replacement. parts carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Warranty applies to the item only and does not include any other associated costs, such as labour. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred by submitting a warranty claim. No warranty exists on electrical, internal engine, or turbo parts. No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. To submit a warranty claim, please contact for authorization and instructions prior to shipping the item.
