Pricing of all merchandise listed on AMSMotorsports.com does NOT include any applicable shipping or handling charges, or sales tax. All prices are subject to change without notice.  
 
Payment 
 
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. COD or billing is not available.  
 
AMSMotorsports.com accepts the following forms of payment:

Ordering 
 
Ordering products online through AMSMotorsports.com is convenient, fast, and secure. We use top-notch, state-of-the-art secure login software to keep information safe. Feel secure ordering 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.  
 
All orders will be processed within 24 hours and verified orders will ship within 72 hours of operating business days, assuming the item is in stock. In the case of Sundays or statutory holidays, the item will be shipped within the same 72 operating business hour period on the following days. AMSMotorsports.com will provide email confirmation of the order status and shipment.  
 
Back-Orders 
 
For out of stock items, AMSMotorsports.com will place a back-order, provide an ETA for delivery, and ship as per AMSMotorsports.com’s guidelines. If any additional delays are encountered, the customer will be advised immediately. Cancellations are accepted for back-ordered items, at the request of the customer. 
 
Special Orders 
 
Special order items may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment in advance. Please contact us for details. Special orders can take weeks or months to arrive and ETAs are provided. At times, and due to circumstances beyond AMSMotorsports.com’s control, special order items can take longer than anticipated to arrive. As such, AMSMotorsports.com will not be held responsible for delays from manufacturers, transportation/shipping companies, or due to delays involving postal services and processing for Customs requirements.  
 
Shipping 
 
AMSMotorsports.com predominantly uses Fed-Ex for domestic and international shipping. Item sizes, weights, dimensions, quantities, and destinations may affect which shipping company and/or freight forwarder can be utilized. As such, AMSMotorsports.com reserves the right to change the method of shipping as necessary. Alternate means of shipping and expedited shipping (at an extra cost to the customer) are also available. Please contact us for details.  
 
Return Policy / Cancellations 
 
Exchanges or refunds will be allowed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. All return merchandise must be authorized by AMSMotorsports.com in advance and be returned unused and in its original packaging. Items returned or exchanged that show signs of being installed and/or used are not accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer and any original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A photocopy of the original invoice (clearly showing the invoice number) and contact information must accompany your return. It is the responsibility of the customer and/or installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts prior to installation. Approved refunds will be paid by AMSMotorsports.com, minus a 25% restocking fee. No refunds are available on deposits received for special order items. No exchanges on special or custom order items.  
 
All order cancellations on in-stock and back-ordered products must be approved by AMSMotorsports.com in advance and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, in addition to the cost of all administration fees such as credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc. AMSMotorsports.com will recoup all fees and administrative monetary losses associated with the transaction from the customer.  
 
Refused Shipments 
 
If a shipment is to be refused, please contact AMSMotorsports.com for authorization. Refused shipments directed back to AMSMotorsports.com without prior authorization from AMSMotorsports.com do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. All freight charges associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and a 25% restocking fee will apply. 
 
Shipping Errors 
 
If a customer receives an incorrect item due to our error, AMSMotorsports.com will arrange for pick up of the incorrect item and ship the correct item to the customer immediately and at no additional charge. 
 
Claims 
 
All items are packed carefully and correctly prior to shipping. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damage to, or loss of, your shipment must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials available for carrier inspection. Claims must be made within five working days of receipt.  
 
 

Warranty Claims 
 
Warranty claims must be authorized in advance. Items sold by AMSMotorsports.com are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for replacement. AMSMotorsports.com parts carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Warranty applies to the item only and does not include any other associated costs, such as labour. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred by submitting a warranty claim. No warranty exists on electrical, internal engine, or turbo parts. No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. To submit a warranty claim, please contact AMSMotorsports.com for authorization and instructions prior to shipping the item.

Specifications, design, materials, and recommendations are subject to change without prior notice. All information presented on the AMSMotorsports.com website was true and correct at the time of its posting. 
 
Legality of Products 
 
AMSMotorsports.com offers a wide variety of items designed to improve the performance of Nissan vehicles. Laws, regulations, and rules regarding the use of some or all of these items will vary in different countries, provinces, states, municipalities, and cities. Items to upgrade performance relating to the engine (including turbocharging and supercharging), exhaust system, and fuel injection system are designed for off-road use only and are not legal in Canada or the USA for use upon a highway, unless otherwise specified. AMSMotorsports.com cannot and will not guarantee the legality of the use or installation of any item in your particular area. AMSMotorsports.com highly recommends that you contact your local law makers and/or law enforcement agency as to the legalities involving the items prior to purchase. Violation of any laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to fines, penalties, suspensions, and/or imprisonment. 
 
Limitations 
 
AMSMotorsports.com highly recommends the installation of all items be performed by certified professionals. Improper installation may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions. All products installed incorrectly will not be covered under any warranty and will not be accepted as a return.  
 
Items sold on AMSMotorsports.com will alter the OEM-specifically designed and engineered specifications of the vehicle they are installed on. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: performance and handling characteristics, fuel economy, electrical and charging system, and emissions output. All products sold by AMSMotorsports.com are solely intended for off-road use only and are installed on the customer’s vehicle at their own discretion and risk. AMSMotorsports.com assumes absolutely no liability for any damages sustained to any vehicle, or any injury or death to any person, as a result of AMS-brand products or by way of their installation or use, or as a result of driving characteristics displayed by the person, either directly or indirectly, at any time.

AMSMotorsports.com takes the privacy of customers and the security of personal information very seriously and this Privacy & Security Statement outlines information we collect, how it is protected, used, and controlled, and the circumstances under which it may be disclosed. 
 

Collection of Information 
 
Only personal information provided voluntarily by the customer or provided by affiliated entities or third parties that have the customer’s permission is collected. ‘Personal information’ includes the customer’s name, shipping and/or mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card account number, and may also include your purchase history.  
 
Use of Information 
 
Personal information is used in order to respond to and fulfill the customer’s requests for AMSMotorsports.com products and services, and to market our products and services. This may include sending catalogues or other offers through mail or email, or to conduct customer satisfaction or product queries.  
 
Information We Share and With Who 
 
AMSMotorsports.com may share limited amounts of personal information with our affiliated entities, as necessary to complete a transaction that the customer specifically requests. The customer’s name, mailing address, email address, and nature of the inquiry may be provided in order to initiate and/or complete the transaction. Any additional information that would need to be provided would by given either directly by the customer, or by AMSMotorsports.com on behalf of the customer, but only with the customer’s prior expressed approval. Any entity we share personal information with is contractually bound and prohibited from using this information for purposes beyond that specific transaction, unless prior authorization has been given by the customer. Appropriate safeguards must be in place to protect the information at all times.  
 
AMSMotorsports.com may be also required to disclose personal information for the purposes of a fundamental corporate change, such as completing a merger or due to the sale of AMSMotorsports.com. 
 
AMSMotorsports.com does not rent or sell email address lists. If a customer has concerns regarding the genuineness of an email received, please contact and inform AMSMotorsports.com immediately at admin@AMSMotorsports.com. Do NOT provide any personal information in response to the email in question. 
 
Control of Information 
 
AMSMotorsports.com customers are able to update personal information and remove their information from our marketing list at any time and at their discretion.
