As thinking much of radiation, the core of radiators on the market has been thickened from single to double row, double to triple row, increasing cooling water. However, if the core is very thick, air is difficult to smoothly go through the engine room and the efficiency of the radiator cannot be displayed very much. In addition, air does not circulate in the engine room, the temperature of the air taken in rises, and then the decrease of the output or the deterioration of the engine by incomplete combustion are caused. So PE recommend PWR lightweight, low cost, all-aluminum Double Row Radiator that is well total-balanced. 　 ★ All-Aluminum Radiator with Big Capacity 　 To improve cooling capability, PE made the core double-row, increasing the volume of the radiation of the heat. PWR Double Row Radiator has big capability, however, is lightweight because of all-aluminum body. 　 ★ High Efficiency Fins 　 Analyzing water flow, PE decided the optimum fin pitch, fin height, and louver pitch. Turbocharged cars, for example, have an intercooler or a condenser blocking off cool air in front of a radiator. Furthermore, heat tends to stay between an intercooler and a radiator, so the efficiency of the radiator is difficult to be displayed. PWR developed a radiator considering how to prevent heat, send cool air smoothly to the engine room and control rise in temperature . These are especially effective when driving in expressways at high load and provide high output, stabilizing the temperature of water and lowering the temperature of the air taken in to the engine room. 　 ★ Highly Reinforced Thin Flat Tube 　 PE developed thinner, stronger material for radiator tube.
